On Saturday 11th December at Arabella Wine Estate we were joined by every kind of clever hound and a wide array of lovely people to enjoy a gorgeous day out in the vineyards. A mixed troupe of large and small dogs set out with families, single dog-parents, couples, and kids of all ages strolling along the dirt paths under a bright African sun with rolling mountain views and fresh farm air.
With Arabella as our wonderful hosts, we settled on their lush grassy picnic area after the walk, with some fun stuff set up for the kids. While some folk snacked on the delicious picnics available to purchase from Arabella, others simply chilled and chatted while we organised the lucky draw.

We raffled off a biltong cake!
Yes, that’s right, it looked like a cake, but it was made up of a range of different kinds of biltong and droewors. Magnificent!
But that's not all ... we were thrilled to be able to share some wine hampers and gift vouchers with our treasured supporters thanks to some dedicated sponsors.
